Special Curves for Coated Glass

Reverse Arc Curved Tempered Glass is designed for curtain wall applications with special curved requirements. Many modern buildings feature wave-shaped glass facades with complex curves. When the coating or enamel is applied to the outer surface of the curve, conventional curved glass processing may cause the coated surface to come into contact with ceramic rollers during heating. This can scratch or damage the coating. To avoid this problem, we use an inner arc bending process. During this process, the glass is bent in the opposite direction so that the coated surface can be protected during heating and forming. We have specialized equipment for this reverse bending process. The equipment helps prevent damage to surface coatings and enamel layers during production. Our technical team has developed suitable process settings for this type of glass and carefully controls each production stage to maintain the surface quality. Our Reverse Arc Curved Tempered Glass retains the key strength and safety characteristics of tempered glass. It offers high strength, good safety performance, and good resistance to wind loads. It is also suitable for demanding outdoor architectural applications.

A Key Product for Unique Facades

Wave-shaped curtain walls using inner arc glass can create a distinctive and dynamic architectural appearance. We have developed mature production methods for different types of special curved glass. In 2020, we worked with our partners to develop new equipment for inner arc and double-curved glass production. This technology has since become one of our key products. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and our products comply with relevant international standards. For overseas orders, we use strong plywood crates to protect the glass during transportation. Fully enclosed wooden boxes are also available when additional protection is required. Our Reverse Arc Curved Tempered Glass has been used in high-end curtain wall projects, including Shanghai JW Marriott Marquis Hotel and Wenzhou Rui'an Overseas Trade Center. Our specialized equipment and production technology help make complex and distinctive curved facade designs possible.
