Extra High Curved Tempered Glass is a curved glass product that is significantly larger than standard sizes. Its dimensions are often measured in meters, and some panels can reach heights comparable to several floors. Glass of this size presents special challenges during production, transportation, and installation. Our curved tempering furnace is designed to produce these oversized curved glass panels. The 8.6-meter curved tempering furnace we added in 2021 has significantly increased our production capacity. This glass creates an impressive visual effect and is well suited to the facades of large public buildings. Large single curved panels can reduce the number of joints compared with multiple smaller pieces. This creates a cleaner and more continuous visual appearance across the building surface. High light transmission also allows plenty of natural light to enter the interior, helping create a more open and bright space. Our Extra High Curved Tempered Glass is ideal for architectural projects that require large curved surfaces and light-filled interiors.
