Our History
1995--The company's predecessor was established; a joint operation with Xiaoshan Xunda Special Glass Industrial Co., Ltd. led to the opening of a Shanghai sales office and the expansion into the Shanghai market.
1996--As business grew, a joint venture with Xiaoshan Xunda Special Glass Industrial Co., Ltd. introduced advanced domestic tempering equipment, marking the beginning of the company's journey into deep glass processing.
2001--After divesting from Xunda, the company built a modern factory in the Zhanan Industrial Park in Taicang, Jiangsu, and officially established Taicang Zhuogao Glass Products Co., Ltd. (Zhuogao Glass).
2005--Advanced flat and bent tempering equipment, fully automated insulating glass production lines, and laminated glass production lines were successively introduced, gradually diversifying the product portfolio.
2009--Multiple bent tempering units were purchased, and various types of specially tempered glass with single and double curvatures were developed, significantly meeting diverse market demands.
2014--Equipment was gradually upgraded to further enhance production capacity and quality; Zhuogao established a leading position in the East China market for specialized curved tempered glass.
2016--The company grew steadily, actively promoting green, energy-efficient products. Specializing in high-end double-silver and triple-silver Low-E insulating glass, it built a strong brand image and initiated a transformation toward energy efficiency, environmental protection, and high-end manufacturing, while gradually expanding export operations to supply markets worldwide.
2019--Guided by national policies on the transition to new growth drivers and trends toward digitalization and intelligence, the company upgraded its information systems, intelligent warehousing, and automated handling. It strengthened traceability management, reduced production lead times, and improved product quality, providing the market with high-quality, green, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly glass.
2020--Collaborated on the R&D and design of a tempering furnace capable of processing reverse-curve and double-curve glass; the resulting ability to produce various single- and double-curved tempered glass products made this a flagship offering in the Zhuogao Glass lineup.
2021--The company introduced an 8.6-meter bent tempering furnace and an 11-meter flat tempering furnace, further enhancing processing capabilities.
2024--A branch factory commenced production, further expanding the company's scale.
2026--Continuing steady innovation and development, prioritizing both quality and volume, and working together to create a bright future.
Our Factory
Taicang Zhuogao Glass Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhuogao Glass) officially commenced production in April 2001. It is located in Liuhe Town, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province-an area known for its beautiful scenery-and is adjacent to Shanghai. The factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and boasts an annual production capacity exceeding 1.5 million square meters. The company enjoys a prime geographical location with excellent transportation accessibility.
Zhuogao Glass is a high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D, production, and sales of various types of architectural tempered glass. Its product portfolio includes laminated glass, tempered glass, curved tempered glass, double-curved tempered glass, reverse-curved tempered glass, gradient-curved tempered glass, variable-radius curved tempered glass, fire-resistant glass, insulating glass, and ceramic-frit (enameled) glass. Through more than two decades of technological innovation and development, Zhuogao has established itself as an industry leader in the fields of curved tempered glass, curved laminated glass, and curved insulating glass. The company meets diverse customer needs by producing a range of double-curved tempered glass products featuring specialized shapes and processes-such as ultra-large and ultra-small radius curved tempered glass, curved glass with twisted "wing" corners, and elliptical, saddle-shaped, and "aircraft-nose" (complex nose-cone) glass.
