We then cool it quickly with high-pressure cold air. This process creates strong compressive stress on the glass surface. This stress significantly improves the glass's strength and safety. As a result, the glass is much stronger than regular annealed glass. It is a reliable choice for many construction projects. Our factory in Taicang, Jiangsu, operates two plants covering a total area of 42 mu. Our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters, which allows us to handle large-volume orders efficiently. Our Flat Tempered Glass meets strict safety requirements. When the glass breaks, it breaks into small, relatively blunt particles instead of large sharp pieces. This helps reduce the risk of serious cuts.
