Ultra High Tempered Glass is significantly larger than standard flat glass, with dimensions often measured in meters. Some panels can reach heights equivalent to several floors. Producing, transporting, and installing glass of this size requires careful planning and strict safety control. Our team pays close attention to every stage, from production and transportation to installation. In 2021, we invested in an 11-meter flat tempering furnace, which greatly improved our production capacity for large glass panels. Our two plants cover a total area of 42 mu, providing the production facilities needed for oversized glass projects. This type of glass creates a clean and impressive visual effect. It is well suited to large commercial spaces, public buildings, and other projects that require expansive glass surfaces. Using larger glass panels can reduce the number of joints compared with combining multiple smaller pieces. This creates a more seamless visual effect and provides a cleaner view. Large glass areas also allow more natural light to enter the building. Our Ultra High Tempered Glass is a reliable choice for large-scale architectural projects.
Quality Management and Project Experience
We manage our production according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems. From raw glass purchasing to final inspection, we control product quality throughout the entire process. For overseas orders, we use strong plywood crates to provide protection during sea transportation. Before production, we provide professional advice to help you select suitable glass specifications and configurations. During production, we track the order progress and provide timely updates. After delivery, our team responds promptly to customer questions and provides support when needed. Our Ultra High Tempered Glass has been used in a range of landmark projects. These include the Shanghai International Aviation Service Center and Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis Grand Theatre. We have also supplied glass for Taicang Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
