Curved Laminated Glass

Curved Laminated Glass is made from two or more layers of curved glass with a transparent interlayer between them. We use PVB or SGP as the interlayer material. The glass and interlayer are bonded together under controlled heat and pressure to form a strong composite unit. When the glass breaks, the fragments are held in place by the interlayer instead of falling freely. This structure combines the visual appeal of curved glass with the safety characteristics of laminated glass. The interlayer also absorbs part of the impact energy, which can make penetration more difficult and help reduce the risk of injury. Our product also provides thermal insulation by reducing heat exchange between indoor and outdoor environments throughout different seasons. The interlayer can also help improve sound insulation by reducing certain types of noise, including noise in the 1000–2000 Hz range. The glass can block ≥99.8% of UV radiation, which helps protect furniture, displays, and other interior items from fading caused by ultraviolet exposure.
