J-shaped Curved Tempered Glass features a distinctive J-shaped curve. One end of the glass panel remains straight, while the other bends into a hook-like form. This special shape can be used for viewing areas, connection details, architectural features, and other structures that require a customized glass profile. Our bending equipment can produce J-shaped curves with controlled accuracy. Our engineers develop suitable molds and process parameters based on your project drawings. Our J-shaped Curved Tempered Glass combines a special shape with the strength and safety characteristics of tempered glass. Its bending strength is 4–5 times that of ordinary annealed glass. When it breaks, it forms small, relatively blunt particles, which helps reduce the risk of serious cuts. It can withstand a temperature difference of up to 200°C without cracking or breaking. We can also produce J-curved laminated glass and J-curved insulating glass. These configurations can meet different requirements for safety, energy efficiency, and architectural performance.

Our company has 130 employees, including an experienced technical team. Our two production plants cover a total area of about 28,000 square meters. This gives us strong production capacity for customized glass orders. We follow an ISO-based quality management system throughout production. We select suitable raw materials from qualified suppliers and provide our operators with strict training and clear production procedures. For overseas orders, we use plywood crates to protect the glass during transportation. The packaging is designed for long-distance international shipping.
