Core Structural Components
‌Glass Panes‌: Options include various types of glass, such as standard float glass, tempered glass, and Low-E coated glass.
‌Spacer Bar‌: Available in traditional aluminum ("cold edge") or "warm edge" types; serves to separate the glass panes and house the desiccant.
‌Sealing System‌: Utilizes a dual-seal structure consisting of butyl rubber (primary seal) and polysulfide or silicone sealant (secondary seal).
‌Desiccant‌: Primarily 3A molecular sieve; keeps the gas within the cavity dry to prevent internal condensation.

Key Performance Characteristics
‌Thermal Insulation‌: Heat transfer coefficient ranges from 1.63 to 3.37 W/(m²·K); thermal insulation performance is comparable to that of a 240mm-thick brick wall.
‌Sound Insulation & Noise Reduction‌: Weighted sound insulation value is approximately 28 dB; capable of reducing traffic noise by 30–38 dB.
‌Condensation and Frost Resistance‌: Internal dew point as low as -40°C; the glass surface is resistant to condensation and frost formation in low-temperature environments.
‌Safety and Durability‌: Wind pressure resistance is 15 times that of monolithic glass; high-quality products have a service life of 20–30 years.
