Classification by Base Glass Material
Float Insulating Glass: Uses standard float glass as the base material; offers uniform light transmission and lower cost-a standard, general-purpose option.
Tempered Insulating Glass: Uses tempered glass as the base material; offers 1.5 times the wind-load resistance of standard monolithic glass and provides superior safety performance.
Coated Insulating Glass: Features a coating of metal or metal compounds on the glass surface, allowing for the regulation of light reflection and transmission.
Low-E Insulating Glass: "Low-Emissivity" glass available in single-silver, double-silver, and triple-silver grades; offers excellent thermal insulation and is a mainstream energy-saving choice.

Classification by Gas Filling in the Cavity
Standard Insulating Glass: The cavity is filled with dry air, meeting basic thermal and acoustic insulation needs.
Gas-Filled Insulating Glass: The cavity is filled with inert gases such as argon or krypton; these gases have lower thermal conductivity, resulting in significantly improved thermal and acoustic insulation performance.
