Structural Characteristics
Sealed Cavity Structure:Composed of two or more panes of glass separated evenly by effective supports and sealed at the edges to create an enclosed space filled with dry gas.
Core Components: Includes raw glass panes, spacer bars, desiccant, and a dual-seal system (butyl sealant + structural sealant) to ensure the internal gas remains dry over the long term.
Flexible Configuration: Can be customized using various glass types-such as float glass, Low-E glass, and tempered glass-to suit different application scenarios.

Core Performance Characteristics
Excellent Thermal Insulation & Energy Efficiency: Features a heat transfer coefficient of only 1.4–3.37 W/(m²·K), offering thermal insulation comparable to a 240mm-thick brick wall; filling the cavity with inert gas can further improve thermal performance by 10%.
Effective Sound Insulation & Noise Reduction: Offers a weighted sound insulation value of approximately 28 dB and can reduce ambient noise by 30–40 dB, effectively dampening sound resonance and transmission.
Condensation and Frost Resistance: The internal dew point is below -40°C, preventing condensation or frost formation on the glass surface under standard indoor-outdoor temperature differences.
Adjustable Optical Properties:Visible light transmittance ranges from 10% to 80%, and thermal reflectance from 25% to 80%; light transmission and shading effects can be flexibly controlled through coating processes.
