Decorative and Customization Features
High Design Flexibility: Capable of achieving various effects such as solid colors, gradients, geometric patterns, and artistic designs; supports customization of specific colors and patterns to meet design requirements.
Durable Decorative Finish: The ceramic frit fuses permanently with the glass substrate during high-temperature processing; it will not fade or peel under normal use, ensuring long-term visual consistency.
Physical Performance Characteristics
Excellent Mechanical Strength: Fully tempered ceramic frit glass is 3 to 5 times stronger than ordinary glass of the same thickness, while the heat-strengthened (semi-tempered) version is approximately 1.5 times stronger, offering superior impact resistance.
Outstanding Weather and Corrosion Resistance:The frit layer withstands atmospheric weathering and resists corrosion from various acids and alkalis; it boasts a Mohs hardness of 7 and excellent abrasion resistance.
Strong Thermal Shock Resistance: Fully tempered products can withstand temperature differentials exceeding 200°C, and heat-strengthened versions can withstand 100°C, making them resistant to cracking caused by sudden temperature changes.
Significant Shading and Energy-Saving Effects:The glazed surface absorbs and reflects a portion of solar heat energy; standard white screen-printed ceramic frit glass can achieve a shading coefficient of 0.32, approaching the performance of solar control coated glass.
